These are additional photos from our time at Ho Chi Minh City.
People leave messages as part of their prayers.
We enjoyed coffee on top of the Rex Hotel.
Dear Friends Bob & Glo
Enjoying the delicious coffee on the rooftop of the Rex Hotel.
It tasted much better than it looked.
We were pretty much alone while we enjoyed the coffee on the rooftop.
Near the area of the Post Office, we would see different brides/grooms in their wedding attire.
From time to time you would see a family on one scooter.
This is the outside of the Post Office Building.
For lunch, we ate at a restaurant that former President Bill Clinton and his daughter Chelsia ate at in November, 2000.
Waiter with the bowls of soup we had.
A view of the soup. Beef, Noodles and Soup. Men had Tiger Beer and the Ladies Coca Cola Light.
Photo from one of the places we visited in the The West Ben Than Center.
Shop Shop till you Drop.
Last evening before dinner we went to the Crystal Plaza and
we saw with good friends John and Linda.
The pre-recording of the Oscars were being shown right where we were
sitting.
We dined at the Crystal Dining Room and enjoyed a wonderful
dinner. It was not very busy.
Head Waiter Augusto had pre-ordered Tuna Tart Tare for Keith, which he enjoyed and Anne Marie ordered Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail.
Our next course was salad.
Keith had his standing order salad and Anne Marie had a mixed green
salad.
We both had the same entrée, which was a Black Sea Bass. It was quite good and we also had side dishes of peas, asparagus, grilled onions (Keith) and a baked potato (Keith).
For dessert, Anne Marie had blueberries and Keith had mixed
berries.
About ninety minutes later we attended the World Cruise
Carnival which has become a favorite of guests. To us it brings out the “kid” in
everyone. There were lots of games and
you can win tickets during the games and use them to select a prize. We had a great time.
Keith had a lot of success making free throws.

We slept very well last evening as we continued to be
docked.
Since we had already visited Ho Chi Minh City on two consecutive days and the ship would be leaving at 3:00 PM today, we stayed on the ship. Many people did what we did.
Keith woke first and actually worked on getting photos onto today's blog and also did reading and writing and the laundry. All good times for this.
Afterwards, he went to the Lido Cafe where he enjoyed coffee and did more reading.
After he brought coffee back to the room for Anne Marie we went on a walk on the outside deck of the ship. Afterwards, Anne Marie had a 7:30 AM personal training class with Fitness Director Michael.
Before and for a little while as Anne Marie was doing this, Keith worked out on the Elliptical Machine.
Please take the photo so that Keith can go back to his workout. LOL. Actually, he was trying to just pose for the photo so it would be a clearer shot.
We then had breakfast in our room and a short while later we went onto the pier to look around and then as this was our last day in Vietnam Keith turned in the landing cards that the two of us have had in our possession since we first entered Vietnam.
We enjoyed lunch up at the Lido Cafe and made a salad entree as we always do.
We then went to the Crystal Plaza where we spoke with lots of crew members and guests. We also spoke with our son, Eric, and daughter in law, Kara on FaceTime and they showed us their new vehicle that they just got yesterday. It was nice to catch up with the two of them and we look forward to seeing them when they join the ship in late April.
Afterwards, it was Paddle Tennis for Keith and a nice walk for Anne Marie. Once again, the operative word was Hot, Hot, Hot.
Keith met up with Bob later in the afternoon.
Anne Marie attended Yoga. There were more guests than normal taking the afternoon Yoga since there was no morning class as most of the day was a day in port.
Our ship departed port a little after 2:00 PM and we are now sailing to our next port of call in Cambodia.
This evening we will be dining at the Crystal Dining Room.
